"I usually work with Sandi (who is always wonderful!), but she was away recently and her colleague Jose stepped in to help me. I was having a really hard time getting in touch with the glass repair shop for my car, and it was becoming stressful. Although the process of setting up the appointment had its challenges, Jose completely took that stress off my plate.
