"Sandi is the bomb. I’ve been her client since I relocated from Georgia about 2 years ago. Started off with one policy with her and just got a second one. Communication is a BREEZE. When I start things in the app/online, I always assume I’ll have to follow up with them myself. However, by the next morning, Sandi’s already completed whatever the request is!! She’s a true professional to the core. I can’t think of one time I’ve called her and she hasn’t answered, busy or not. I work 11 hour shifts in healthcare and have to drive an hour to and from work every day. I’ve been really stressed out with relocating closer to this new job to the point where I literally burst into tears anytime I’m alone. Yesterday in the middle of my work shift Sandi completed an item that I had on my own to-do list and sent my insurance cards via email. She’s not even aware of how that made me feel.
